1. Working Principle and Technical Specifications
The recycling box has a TAMBUR cover and side cover system developed to prevent waste from being removed from the box. The technical features of the recycling box are given below.
1.1. Genel özellikler;
- Minimum volume of 3 mᵌ.
- Minimum dimensions: height 1500 mm, Width 1250 mm, height 1600 mm.
- Outer body is made of at least 2 mm galvanized sheet.
- Internal and external bodies are painted with electrostatic powder paint.
- The entire outer body is RAL 5015 blue color.
1.2. Waste storage system;
- Waste disposal cover is TAMBUR type.
- The cover is made of at least 1.5 mm thick stainless steel or RAL 5015 blue color electrostatic powder coated galvanized sheet
- Waste Disposal min. cap sizes; Width: 300 mm, Length: 700 mm.
- At the bottom of the cover, rubber material will be mounted to prevent the cover from closing hard.
- Self-closing of the cover will be provided with a spring system.
- There will be an opening to throw cardboard and similar materials measuring at least Width 1000 mm, Height 75 cm
1.3. Waste discharge system;
- The waste will be emptied by opening the side cover.
- There will be a lifting lug for ground transportation.
